This practice offers you the opportunity to see yourself by observing your thoughts in stillness and/or effort. Practice progresses toward holding postures with awareness. Breathing through the mental noise while holding in balance or strengthening postures can bring you back to yourself. Practice is excellent for contemplation in the present moment or regarding any other areas of life. Watch how you move through the movement patterns with a focused attention. Our aroma therapy blend •|• Resilient •|• is crafted to soften the heart and mind for clarity during times of uncertainty. •|• Resilient •|• aroma therapy is used during savasana to connect heart and mind balance.
