Yoga is so beneficial to help you feel better physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Most of the time Yoga will help you overcome stiffness and soreness from daily activities. Mental and emotional stress can soften after just one class. Yoga is not therapy nor does it cure disease, chronic illness, etc.
There are times for you to reconsider coming to class so that your health is protected. Those times include any Injuries, sickness, fevers, post surgery, or other times of recovery where physical activity should be avoided, Yoga is also included in these said times. Please consult with your doctor for any questions or concerns you may have when to return to class. We believe fully that your health is your responsibility and it is something to be empowered to take care of regularly. It is your responsibility to inform the instructor of your limitations before class begins. At anytime during class it is most important to listen to your body first. It is wise to soften rather that push yourself. Being gentle is most important.
