At Selah Yoga :|: a life practice we teach practices that support your mind, body, and soul during the natural cycles of life. Our offering is to inspire those who practice with us to trust their body's unique flexibility, and strength through focused awareness. Our teaching is based on individual sensitivity, alignment, and personal experience to support your wellness practices. 

 

We teach yoga establishing stability within the context of moving and in stillness. While our classes have specific areas of focus by supporting proper joint function and alignment of the spine, the emphasis is on what is felt in the body as a guide to learn more about yourself in the process. Our practices support therapies and other wellness choices.

Our hope is to inspire trust for your body's unique flexibility, and strength through focused awareness. Our philosophy for teaching yoga has a devotional feel for spiritual health. Selah Yoga :|: a life practice studio offers you a place where you can sit in it, flow with it, or sift through it. Come as you are. Practices are arranged using methodology to support somatic release and release. Slow and steady toward softening quickly after effort is how we practice at Selah Yoga. 

Our studio teaches yoga established in stability as a way to stay present. Focusing on subtleties helps to bring awareness to individual sensitivity and alignment as a felt experience. While our classes have specific areas of focus our teaching supports movement and stillness in the body as a way to learn and listen in the process.
