Resilient yoga practice is designed to connect body + mind. This practice offers the opportunity to see how you think+feel in effort, balance, and stillness. As the practice progresses holding postures in focused attention help to still mental chatter. Balance or strengthening postures brings you back to yourself so you can see how you are perceiving, feeling, or thinking. Our in house crafted aroma•therapy blend Resilient stills the mind for clarity during Savasana. Resilient aroma•therapy Herbaceous | Woodsy | Earthy. Blend is made with organic pure essential oils of : atlas cedarwood | clary sage | palmarosa | petitgrain | rosemary | thyme | ylang ylang

We understand things happen and you may need to cancel class. Our class sizes are small for convenience, therefore, if you need to cancel within twelve hours of class start time, depending on situation we will use one of your classes for late cancellations.
