Class is taught using the foundational teaching of bandhas (locks or support in the body) for structural integrity of your spine and joints. Engaging the bandhas supports the body's ability to floss the nervous system releasing stored emotions, sensitivities, and traumas. As the practice progresses the flow is designed to use the grit of your life experiences with your personal strength as polish for any lack luster you may be feeling. Our aroma therapy blend •|• Grit •|• is crafted for stimulating the breath while refreshing and invigorating your senses. •|• Grit •|• aroma therapy blend is used during savasana to clear and deepen the breath. Our class sizes are small for convenience, therefore, if you need to cancel within twelve hours of class start time, depending on situation we will use one of your classes for late cancellations.
