:|: Becoming Resilient :|: Practice is created with an intelligently designed flow that progressively moves toward effort in focused attention to practice being resilient on your mat wether in stillness or movement. Holding in balance and/or strengthening postures promotes awareness to practice being in the flow of life. Class supports counseling and/or therapies that help move emotions or self-debilitating behaviors using body awareness and connection.
