Prayer & Meditation compliment and support one another while being slightly different. Supporting personal definitions of how things work for you, I like to think of Prayer as me talking to God and Meditation as listening.
Our minds can become so frantic and overworked, leaving us emotionally congested, physically depleted, and mentally exhausted. The health benefits of processing the inner dialogue using prayer and mediation are vast for each individual.
Class will consist of discussion about prayer and mediation and what it can look like for your life. We will engage in a guided meditation for a personal application. To deepen your experience we will be using Aromatherapy to help promote breath, relax the body and still the mind.
