I am a graduate of Sound Healing Academy with extensive appreciation of infusing meditation and sound for personal development and growth. Sound Meditation is a helpful tool to : reduce overall stress, relax mental chatter, rejuvenate the body and connect to our higher wisdom. Personally I began my journey with sound mediation as a practice for anxiety. I believe self-knowledge and dedication are important keys to for self care and healing, which can be so imperative in making your dreams a reality.
