Grit :|: outdoor yoga kicks off the evening infused with aromatherapy practicing in the The Garden to relief stress and tension enjoying fresh air while listening to the birds. The pracitice finishes off with live sound for deep relaxation.

September Swag :|: is a combination of natural materials that are bunched together tied with fabric or string for hanging while drying. Swags are made of many types of flowers, herbs, plants, and small branches for as aesthetic feel. September's Swag is made from our onsite organically grown eucalyptus, lemongrass, rosemary, sage, and thyme for optimal quality.

Letting Go Tradition :|: We close out the evening circled around the fire for the tradition of letting go to make space for renewal. You may choose to participate in letting go for renewal by writing out a poem, prose, or a prayer to place in the fire. There will be an aromatherapy fireside offering available made with copal, frankincense, myrrh, rosemary, and tonka beans to place in the fire symbolizing what you are letting go of silently.

Around the fire we reflect on what we can change, let go of, or simply being grateful for our blessings. Giving up what we are letting go to the fire is a tangible practice of trusting the process of change. In the present moment we watch the fire carry what we are letting go as it rises as sparks upward, so you can be encouraged to trust the process remembering to look up.

A few things to bring for your experience.

• yoga mat blanket and/or pillows

• natural bug repellent

We hope you get to also take home a belly full of laughs, a light heart and soul glow. Light organic vegetarian soul food is provided for nourishment. Are the sides of your mouth are curling up thinking about it? `;) Until then...Namaste`
