September Soiree' :|: Stargazing & Yoga in The Garden

September Soiree' happens in The Garden on : Friday September 28th |  6:00pm-9:00pm 

Join us in The Garden for :|: Grit :|: outdoor yoga practice followed by fireside soul stories after gazing at the moon and stars admiring the night sky. See the fascinating moon's surface up close offering you detail to its craters and movement. Refreshments offered around the fire will include baked apples, chai and popcorn. 

Grit | outdoor yoga is our traditional practice connecting breath with body to lengthen muscles releasing tension restoring vitality. This yoga practice is excellent to reset nervous system, and supports other therapies to process through the body-mind connection. 

Stargazing | is an experience of seeing the moon through the telescope as an offer of another perspective. Being up close and stepping back both are extremely beneficial for emotional and mental clarity. Being in the here and now present while seeing a bigger picture can be a way to relate during this season. 

Soul Storytelling | for the evening is a closer look at how the life practices of the moth benefit us spiritually. Enjoy fireside chai, baked apple dessert, and other plant based yummies from Mama Rish's Kitchen for indulging `;) 

 A few things to bring for your experience.

• yoga mat blanket and/or pillows 

• natural bug repellent

• extra water 

• chair if needed
