About the Event

:|: Mindful for Ripening :|: is designed to soften your mind, body, and soul during the height of the growing season in preparation for the harvest in your life. Often you just need a little space to enliven. At Selah Yoga we hope to be a place that inspires your own life practices that are sustainable for your vitality. 

Today's practice is designed to help your mind soften in movement and in stillness. Softening into your own breath (ruach) rhythm, while experiencing the benefits of Aroma Therapy, is an offering for ripening. Taking an inventory of the fruition of all the prayers and seeds you have planted. You get to choose how far you wish you look back in gratitude. Maybe it is just for this year, the past ten years, or your lifetime. 

As you are ripening this season preparing for the harvest of blessings in your life, our hope is that you can practice softening toward yourself especially as you look back over the journey. 

Doors open @ 10:15am. Practice will begin promptly at 10:30am.

• 11:45am-12:15pm  | Meditation : Mindful for Ripening 

• 12:15pm-12:30pm | Break 

• 12:30pm-1:30pm | Organic & Crafted Brunch, Coffee, Herbal Tea, and Water. Girl, we didn't forget the chocolate `;)

The Yoga Practice will be an experience finding stability during movement patterns to open your hips and shoulders. Savasana (stillness) includes our exquisite Aroma Therapy blend :|: resilience :|: smoothed into your head and neck with a warm rolled towel under neck to support your refresh. A soft cloth is placed over your eyes to deepen the experience. Our Aroma Therapy blend :|: resilience :|: is smoothed into your feet followed with warm towels so you can soften for ripening.

Meditation : Mindful for Ripening

Kylene Montgomery works to empower women and men who are wanting to improve their mental and physical health so they can experience more joy, smiles and fulfillment in their life. Mindful for Ripening Meditation will help you to hear and tell on your soul story. After meditation you will have time to write and reflect on your memories, and experiences writing it out for a framework to see it a new way. Brunch conversation is open for sharing and connecting. 

Brunch : Crustless Vegetable Quiche, Roasted Vegetables, with an Organic Side Salad.

Drink : Chai, Coffee, and Water

Dessert : Apple Delight

Kylene Montgomery has over 15 years of counseling experience and a Certified Success Principles Trainer, Essentials RIM (Regenerating Images in Memory) Certified, CYT 200hr Yoga Teacher and Crunchi Advocate. She has access to a variety of tools to best support people on their journey to unlock their true potential to live a life with even more joy and smiles. You can count on Kylene to inspire smiles and joy toward gratitude!

Each participant will take home a hand crafted gift.
