About the Event
Learn to teach 4 bandhas effectively to support your students with joint action, spine health, and preventative engagements during practice. Engaging the bandhas with simple instruction offers stability in movement and static postures.
This course covers : hastabandha | padabandha | jivabandha | mulabandha
We will learn and then practice teach to solidify language. You will get a practice for yourself to experience engaging the bandhas in your body for more depth of understanding.
There will be light refreshments offered.
Class will count for 3 CEU's with the Yoga Alliance.
