Practice is created with an intelligent design using the Vinyasa Krama, which simply means "to place in a special way," to open space within yourself moving gently toward more effort. Eventually postures will be held in focused attention to practice being resilient on your mat. Class supports counseling and/or trauma therapies to help move emotions or self-debilitating behaviors through the body using awareness and connection.

Having all the benefits of Flow "style" Practice this class helps by slowing down within the context of moving building strength and stamina. Selah Flow is infused with emotional, mental, and/or spiritual concepts for processing. Moving in awareness with focus creates space for yourself to integrate your thoughts, and emotions. Being gentle with ourselves is very important especially in challenging seasons of life. Taking time to pause in our emotions and thoughts can help us reflect so we can practice being kind and compassionate toward ourselves in the process. Showing up for yourself in honesty, and without judgment can be extremely beneficial for integration.

Practicing Yoga is centered around lengthening connective tissue and opening major muscle groups. This class explores how muscle groups relate to each other within the context of proper joint action, to assist in joint stabilization. Class is excellent for mental stillness and concentration. Trauma Informed Yoga

Trauma-Informed Yoga is an approach to creating a safe, supportive space in which students can learn emotional regulation skills through connection with the breath and increased body awareness. This class empowers students and helps them to reconnect to their bodies in a positive way. This is a space for people to be present, to connect to how their bodies move in space, and recognize how those movements make them feel emotionally and physically.

What if you saw yourself through the lens of grace and compassion? Soul Practice is designed to create space for mental clarity, so you can work through any self-debilitating beliefs. In this class, you will practice about half the poses you might practice in a Flow class. The pace is meditative, emphasizing peace and calm in body and mind. Students will be guided through each asana slowly and mindfully. Take time to slow down and tap into your parasympathetic nervous system and experience a state of peace, tranquility, and calm. Slow flow is suitable to all levels of students.

Self-care is a full time job! Take time to care for yourself, starting your week off with clarity, strength and relaxation. Sunday Soothe includes calming & centering pranayama, gentle movement, and a guided meditation in Savasana.
